What Have I Done!!!!



I put on a lot of weight after my wedding. I need to get back on track and get it off. Thanksgiving through Christmas didn’t help. That was about 10 pounds alone.

Oh well, can’t undo what I have done. I can only move forward.

New Year, and its time to get back to healthy.

I am going to try to address my binging compulsion as well. This is going to be a short and sweet post to get me in the habit of doing this most days as well.

  • 30 days of gym/workout – Day 3
  • 30 days of food logging – Day 1
  • 30 days of weighing myself – Day 2

Current Weight: 240.4

Here we go!!!
