I ate out twice this weekend. I think I made decent choices. I probably consumed too much alcohol. Technically, it was only four drinks total between Friday and Sunday, and usually we only go out once on the weekend, so it would have only been two, if my Tony’s co-workers hadn’t called. I had lobster risotto on Friday, but barely ate 3/4 cup of it. I ordered scallops on Sunday, but it came with beef ragout. I did not know that beef ragout meant a mountain of shredded beef in a au jus type sauce. I’m still losing so I must be doing something right.
I did hard workouts on both Saturday and Sunday to make up for my eating out. Calorie in/out wise, I was about even.
Tonight is grocery shopping and meal prep for the week. Which I wanted to do last night, but was forced to go out to dinner. Oh the humanity!!
CoreLife is doing a 21 day Challenge starting on Wednesday. Of course its the night of the GPO event (Girls Pint Out). I like the idea of this challenge because it incorporates fasting days/periods. I will do further research on fasting. I feel the logic of fasting makes sense, but I need to google it for an hour to be sure. LOL
